A season plan reserves dependable winter coverage—not simply a single pass of the plow. Your rate supports responsive service, professional care and a place on our route throughout the contracted season.
We monitor winter conditions and coordinate service around the clock, with efficient route planning designed to keep your property accessible when snowfall reaches the service threshold.
Your property is handled by service providers focused on careful, consistent work across driveways, walkways, steps and other covered access areas.
Season-plan customers have a confirmed place on our winter route, providing dependable coverage across the contracted season instead of searching for service after a storm begins.
Salting and de-icing are included with covered service to help manage slippery surfaces after clearing.
Questions and service concerns receive direct attention, clear communication and follow-up from our team.
Every snowfall unfolds differently. We monitor accumulation, prepare the route and dispatch service professionals as conditions approach the service threshold.
Our team monitors snowfall and begins dispatching service professionals as accumulation approaches 5 cm. Routes are organized to move crews through covered properties efficiently.
We aim to service every property within eight hours after snowfall ends. This is a service target rather than a guaranteed arrival time, since each storm and route can develop differently.
Ongoing or increased snowfall can extend the service window and may require follow-up passes. Snow depth, road conditions, municipal plowing and safe property access can also affect timing.
When conditions become severe, we prioritize safe travel, responsible operation and efficient route completion. Service may take longer while crews work carefully through the storm.
Practical residential snow care focused on the routes you use every day.
Driveways, walkways and steps cleared for safer access to your home.
Salting is included with your seasonal plan to help manage slippery surfaces.

Safety is part of every visit—from the way our team prepares before a storm to the care we take around your home. Our crews arrive trained, equipped and ready to work responsibly in winter conditions.
Our business carries WSIB coverage in Ontario and maintains a current WSIB clearance certificate.
Every crew member completes intensive training in safe snow removal practices before the season begins.
Crews wear insulated, water-resistant boots with slip-resistant treads, thermal layers, gloves, hats and high-visibility outerwear.
Only trained operators run plows, blowers and tractors, and equipment is inspected before each shift.
Trained first-aiders are part of our crew, and every truck carries a stocked first aid kit.
Crews use short steps, keep hands free for balance, maintain three-point contact on equipment and salt their own work paths as they go.
Before every snowfall, the team is briefed, routes are reviewed and equipment is checked—we roll out prepared, not rushed.
Trained crews work carefully around vehicles, landscaping, walkways and home exteriors throughout every visit.
Neighbours helping neighbours makes winter easier. Share the reliable service you already enjoy with a friend, family member or neighbour—once they sign up, pay and are placed on our route, we’ll send you $25 immediately by e-transfer. There’s no limit, so every successful referral earns another $25.
Join us for the 2026–27 winter season. We have part-time and full-time positions available, and we also work with independent operators who have their own equipment and are looking for a route.
